I am very excited today ... I made idli for the first time - start to end :) :D
Phew, What a task -> Soaked Rice+Dal for 6-7 hrs -> Ground the mixture to a fine consistency -> Left the mixture for fermentation overnight -> Voila, fermented idli/dosa batter ready :D
Yea Yea Yea :D In an attempt at extreme self- glorification I will post a picture of my 'creation'... It is yummmm time now !!
